Smartcast G/MI4 - RTM Media

Smartcast G/MI4 is a project I am proud to have contributed to for RTM Media. It all started during my internship, and I am grateful that they continue to involve me in occasional asset development. What began as a simple means to measure ROI on radio advertisements has now transformed into an intricate automotive dashboard platform. The journey is far from over, with ongoing efforts to refine and enhance the platform. Specifically, my contributions include crafting 75 low-fi wireframes, developing 5 hi-fi mockups, creating 11 personas, and actively participating in user research, analytics, testing, and presentations.

Problem

To gauge the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of radio advertisements, consider analyzing factors such as listener demographics, reach, frequency, and unique promotional codes. By tracking website traffic, increased calls, or foot traffic during and after ad airtime, you can better assess the impact and overall success of your radio campaign.

Action

Utilized various UX research methods and design processes to effectively engage in creative problem-solving while prioritizing user empathy to create a MVP for MI4.

Result

I assisted in the iterative versioning process of the dashboard by actively pinpointing user pain-points and Identified challenges in displaying varying Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to streamline nomenclature and enhance the user experience.
